Analysis of Team Charter Kelli Frazier University of Phoenix, Online Analysis of Team Charter According to the Online Campus Learning Team Handbook (2004), the team charter is a tool to guide students through their team assignments. Stated in the handbook, “Developing and implementing a team charter is a valuable skill, and greatly increases the likelihood that a team will reach its objectives in an effective and an efficient manner” (University of Phoenix, 2004, Team Charter section, p.7). The team charter helps team members identify and resolve potential conflicts should they arise (University of Phoenix, 2004). Different personality types, how well each team member listens to others, and our trust levels of each team member could be potential barriers to the team assignments. According to the Jungian 16-Type Personality Assessment, each team member of Team C has different ways of doing things. Dale Clark, one team member, is described as being “people oriented, creative and highly optimistic” (Jungian 16-Type Personality Assessment, 2009). Bryan Culliton, another member of Team C, is described as “innovative, individualistic, versatile and entrepreneurial” (Jungian 16-Type Personality Assessment, 2009). According to the Jungian 16-Type Personality Assessment, my test score described me as being organized, compulsive, private, trustworthy and practical. Dale and Bryan are considered extroverts and intuitive. On the other hand, I am an introvert and sensing.
