1. Be aware of your best time of day: - Due to busy schedule, I study with breaks in-between. This way of studying helps me memorize and understand clearly the text I am reading. My usual best times are early morning and late evening, with some short 5 minutes breaks during the study time. Now reason I chose this technique is because it applies ot me in so many different ways mainly how quick I learn when I chose to study early in the morning.. 2. Learn to say no: This technique has taken my attention for so many reasons. A lot of times I used to leave what I am doing to attend other people’s need, after some time I have realized that saying no was something I needed to practice and learn without feeling bad. I would usually feel very shy to say no and for the most part I would leave myself behind in different ways of life by putting other people’s needs first. With time I understood that it has effected me in my job, study and life in general I have realized that since I started saying no I have been more detail oriented towards my projects. 3. Can I delegate this? – as a leader in the role that I am in as Senior Human Resources Generalist I have learned that delegating is the key to success. No person can do everything and it becomes so easy to get lost in the minutae of things and lose focus on the bigger picture. Therefore in the position I am in, I have become a leader by delegating to others. 4. How did I just waste time – at time I start studying on my usual time and mean time I have the TV on, it usually end up distracting me completely from my task at hand. I usually find myself watching it for quite some time while my book is right in front of me. Time passes by and I don’t even notice it, than after well 1 hour passed I realize that I have just wasted study time and have completely lost focus and by than I can’t go on with my study. 5. Use a
