With over 1m wild alligators in Florida versus a human population of 17m humans, there’s lots of opportunity for conflict. The beasts can grow to 12ft and their lethargic appearance has misled many a startled holidaymaker, within a flash they can snap their jaws and even run up to 30m.p.h. There are actually Gator Hunters operating in Florida to deal with the problematic reptiles. Obviously the animals know no boundaries but they do not seek human attacks and they usually try to avoid us, however sometimes things go wrong. Pestering, tormenting and throwing food to gators is usually the root cause.

The Brown Tree snake is a native snake to Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Melanesia. This snake is known to have a dark brown color and can grow up to 9 ft long a little above the average wild snake size. These snakes feed on birds, lizards, bats, small rodents, and occasionally other snakes. Due to the lack of natural predators in certain areas and an excessive amount of prey, the population of these snakes is bound to increase. They are commonly found in trees, caves, and the ground and near limestone cliffs.
When I had gone in one day for some supplies, the sales associate at the register asked me for my Pet Perks card. After she had swiped my card, she proceeded to tell me that I had enough points to take 25% off of my full purchase! Furthermore, Petsmart’s prices are great because they have huge sales off of most of the items in the store during the holiday season, and that helps me be able to stock up on many of my pet supplies. When the holiday season at Petsmart is here, I know I can get at least 50% or more off of everything I purchase. I can remember one Christmas holiday sale at Petsmart that I had so many pet
The soft, woolly body fur is a deep rusty red while their extremities such as their forehead, crown, belly, and tail are black (Red Ruffed Lemur). They have a patch of white fur on the nape of the neck and may have additional white patches on the feet, digits or mouth (Red Ruffed Lemur). The reason why I chose to examine this specific primate at Charles Paddock Zoo was because when I first walked in the zoo I saw this specific primate climbing the fence and hanging upside down to amuse the audience. After seeing this, I was sold on which animal I wanted to spend thirty minutes examining. Wild red ruffed lemurs are found in Madagascar on the continent of Africa (Red-ruffed Lemur).
Animals Deserve to be Free The capturing and displaying of animals has been around for nearly 200 years, the practice first being exercised by the Zoological Society of London in 1826. Ever since then, capturing animals to display for the public's enjoyment or “education” has become more and more popular all over the world. These zoological societies take animals from their wild habitats and families in order to show them to the public, with the excuse that they’re educating unknowing citizens, or protecting and saving these animals from injuries and extinction. At what cost though? These animals may be getting help while educating the public, but at the expense of both their mental and physical health along with their happiness.
His name was Tiger. My friend loves him so much and the dog loves him too. One day while we guys were hanging at his place, the tiger was there too, my another friend, Kamal hit Satish at his back, it was just for fun, but tiger attacked Kamal so quickly that no one could stop him and he bit him. We had to take Kamal to the nearest Clinic and had some stitches as his hand was bleeding. As soon as we saw tiger biting him, Satish, me and some other friends tried to stop him.
Crucial topics that are hurting our animals today is a hard topic to capture on a piece of paper. Having one thing in common two articles, can differ but still be very similar. Two different articles with different authors provide a reader with exceptional writing, final published articles, techniques, and a great detail of emotion behind their story. Leslie Kaufman’s article, Date Night at the Zoo if Rare Species Play Along gives the reader facts, and a different perspective on endangered species and how they could affect us in today’s society in comparison to Verlyn Klinkenborg’s article Last One gives the side of endangered species with what the laws were supposed to help them stop disappearing. But as time passes, the Acts that were passed started to be like a battleground for those animals.

If you ever see an elephant kill someone from your community and then the death of the majestic beast it will always be a black day in your past.
Orca Captivity Orca’s have been captured from the wild for display since the 1960’s. When the first captures occurred, orcas were known as mindless killers that lived up to the name “killer whale”. As people began to watch and study orca’s in captivity, they had realized that their perception on these creatures was mislead. Researchers discovered that orcas are highly evolved social beings, and they have come to realize they are not suited for living their lives in captivity. Many groups are working to make people aware of orcas in captivity and avoid future reoccurring problems like this.
