XXXX and XXXX’s Wedding Celebration To Assembly: Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen and Welcome to the ceremony through which XXXX and XXXX will be joined in Marriage. We gather here today to honor their commitment and to witness and celebrate their union. Today XXXX and XXXX will proclaim their love to The world. We should rejoice to be in the presence Of true love, such as THE LOVE THEY SHARE. In marriage two become one by giving themselves up to each other. And, by doing so, receive in turn the gift of love and trust. AND that gift is shared, not just by the two being joined today, but by all they touch. Their family, their friends, and all that are present here today. XXXX and XXXX, Some say that marriage is the oldest rite in the world. It is certainly the most momentous moment in a couple’s life. It is the most significant celebration of a community. As such, it should not be entered in to thoughtlessly or lightly. For your future happiness and prosperity depends much on what you put into this relationship. Marriage is a promise to your best friend, to your love, that you will honor and Cherish each other, not for a fleeting period, but for the rest of your lives.
