• As a father Atticus can be said to be a great father. He is generally loving and caring towards his children, he guides them through right and wrong always, and he tries to make them morally strong as he is. He shows intelligent parenting, when Scout starts swearing, Atticus doesn’t punish her or tell her not to, knowing that this would just make her swear more, instead he leaves her to keep swearing until she herself realizes it’s the wrong thing to do. He does not do it because he is careless or it does not matter to him what his children do, he
Baba was the biological father to both sons, and told neither of them. He hid the fact from Amir and Hassan in order to protect them. He knew at a young age they would not be able to be aware that they must hide this family connection from others, since Baba cannot have citizens in the community knowing that he did not preserve the sanctity of marriage. Baba was aware of all of this and determined that these reasons were a strong enough
Every day in life people make decisions which impact not only who but the people around you. My name is Atticus finch, and I am a lawyer in the small town in southern America of Macomb, it’s a slow town, nothing to buy and nothing to buy it with which is why when the incident involving the rape of a young white girl it was the talk of the town. The accused was a black man tom Robinson and even no there was no evidence to convict him the roots of clan took hold of the towns people and they rushed to do deliver their own version of justice, a nuse from a tree. When the sheriff approached me too take this case, it was not an easy decision, because of the implications it would have for him, me and also my family’s safety. If I did not take the case then I would stringing a possibly innocent man out to dry and not giving him a fighting chance which is what I believed in when I became a lawyer.

Miss Caroline's harsh reaction to the fact that Scout already knows how to read and write takes the little girl by surprise. Doesn't everyone already know how to read and write?
Brian is forced to take advantage of his studying whenever he is able to do it. Moreover, by telling her mom that it is his last detention instead of first, Brian shows that he does not want his parents to be disappointed about him. Brian seems not want to make fight or argue with people around and he is a submissiveness
“You never really understood a person until you consider things from his point of view—until you climb into his skin and walk around it.” pg 30. By comprehending the lesson Atticus is able to admire Mrs. Dubose’s courage while ignoring her racism. Scout’s growth in the novel into adulthood is guided by her understanding of Atticus’s lessons and her living. Throughout the reading Scout and Jem make the transition from innocence to maturity.
I ain't got nobody." Through this quote we see that Johnny wishes that he had loving and caring parents. He isn’t angry. He just wants to have an actual family. This is also the only part of the text were we see Johnny’s relationship with his dad and it’s the first time he really speaks openly with anyone about his thoughts on family issues.
Write about the parenting styles of Atticus Finch and Robert Ewell in “To Kill A Mockingbird” In the town of Maycomb, children are expected to live up to there parents expectations, if not, better. Either children’s parents raise them to be just like them as Atticus Finch does, or the pressure of community expectations that a person lives up, or down, to their family, referring to Robert Ewell. Atticus’s parenting style is quite unique in that he treats his children as adults, honestly answering any question they have. He uses all these instances as an opportunity to pass his values on to Scout and Jem, because he is delighted in helping people see a situation in a new light. Atticus uses this approach not only with his children, but with all of Maycomb, and yet, for all of his mature treatment of Jem and Scout, he patiently recognizes that they are children and that they will make childish mistakes and assumptions.
Self-concept and Perception Impact Interpersonal Communication Self –concept is an idea of the self constructed from the beliefs one holds about oneself and the responses of others. Jim’s self-concept impacted his interaction with his father in a negative way. This is only because Jim is not his father and doing things such as his father expected from him. The way we want our children to be is our own self-concept but it doesn’t always turn out that way. Jim’s self-concept is, “I just want to go to school and do the best I can and be normal.” Such as hang out, party a little from time to time, basically living his own life not the life of his father’s.
