Prejudice was a good topic to talk about and to be recognized, and Battle Royal fit the toll perfectly. I had the idea of prejudice, but I was able to elaborate on it more with the help of my classmates and professor. I would also like to acknowledge and thank my friend Christopher Martin for reading over my paper and giving helpful insights. I always find that a peer knows how to understand what one is trying to say or help to make sense of it. He offered a lot of help and was willing to make notes on my paper to attempt at helping me make my paper the best it could possibly be.
The Effects of Different Enzymes on Apple Juice Production By: Lars Schoppmann 12/5/14 Period 6 Mrs. Cushing Lab Partners: Matt Thompson and Chris Butler Introduction: The question of this experiment is " How do different enzymes affect the production of applesauce ?" The enzymes which gets tested are pectinase and cellulase. Cellulase is an enzym that is used to break down cellulose, wich reinforces the cell walls. Pectinase breaks down pectin , which breaks down cell walls of plant cells. The experiment hypothesis " If three drops of pectinase are stirred into applesauce and used to produce apple juice then it will produce more than water or cellulase because the fruit cells walls gets breaken down and gets turned into apple juice".
Fred Schmitt Period 5 12/17/12 Mr. Simko Extracting DNA from a Strawberry Abstract This lab report is about how to remove DNA from a strawberry. The main purpose of this paper is to inform you on how to remove DNA from a strawberry. The hypothesis is, the DNA will look like twisted strands and fibers of string. We will use test tubes, coffee filters, and many other materials. Some important points in this experiment is that you need to crush to strawberry very well and when you add the lysis solution not to make bubbles while mixing.
Brendan Dennis 2/24/13 CP Biology Enzymes Used vs. Amount of Apple Juice Produced Lab Report Title: Enzymes Used vs. Amount of Apple Juice Produced Problem: How does a change in the enzymes used affect the amount of apple juice produced? Hypothesis: If different enzymes, such as pectinase and cellulase, are used to break down apple sauce, then the most apple juice will be produced when 5 drops of both pectinase and cellulase are used in one mixture because the two enzymes will be working together to break down the apple juice. Procedure: 1.

Ebony, you did a nice job on this Appendix. The material you presented was done in a concise and informative manner. Good work. I did notice you could have included more details to your paper overall. You provided some interesting facts though.
Smarmy Letter Dear Mr. Smarmy, Thank you for taking the time to address us about your concerns over Johnathan Swift’s A Modern Proposal. Indeed we understand your viewpoint and if we were not informed, we would have shared many of the same views! Please give us your time and continue to read this letter – we hope you will find it to be informative, and we also hope it will convince you of our reasons to keep this essay available in our system. Although Swift’s essay has caused many to become uneasy and possibly even a bit sick, but it was, in fact, his plan the entire time and he was very clever in use of irony and satire. Certainly you are not alone in being shocked and disgusted by Swift’s proposal!
The goal is to replant the mountainsides, and to plant crops such as grapefruits, mangoes, cashews and coffee to name a few. The harvest will not only bring food to the impoverished community but it would give them crops to export for
Scenario Evaluation Plan C B Tuck HSM 270 February 3, 2012 ARIN NORRIS PEACE Domestic Violence developed a program and addressed the components of the logic model and the development of the evaluation plan was also being written. I am happy to say and pleased to announce that the evaluation plan is complete. It is important that staff read over the evaluation plan so that they are familiar with the ins and outs of the tool so that they don’t find theme selves stumbling thru the document as they use it. Making themselves familiar with the evaluation plan will make the process easier and the data more accurate especially because it is based on the empowerment evaluation model in which we are doing self-assessment of our program services.
