As we all know, the fundamental objectives of most businesses are survival, profits, and growth. It is clear to me that marketing contributes directly to achieving these objectives, with government regulation to the degree of a clear transparency, and a system of checks and balances that works for all.

The company should consult Anne Shousha, its legal counsel, regarding consumer privacy laws, antitrust laws, and laws governing the collection of consumer information. The company should draw up a contract for customers to agree to upon entering into the loyalty program. The company should also ensure the proper security measures are in place to protect customer data. Political Kudler must adequately train management and make sure to meet with managers from each facility to make sure that they understand the changes that are taking place. The company will have to forge alliances with partners to participate in the loyalty program which will affect the sales department as well as upper management.
The learning curve will present challenges in that, employees will maintain the need to refer to the old system to proceed with business as usual. Possible struggles presented by the learning-curve are expected from several employees. Some will adjust more than others, but the main challenge is in the adaptation or orientation phase. Technologically, since the system is equipped with back up software, it should eventually eliminate the need for hard copy records and files. This will save time in the long run, which should encourage most employees despite their initial frustration with the management system change.
I would take the time to explain a few things to her. While it may be true that computer prices are dropping, that doesn’t mean that a company should wait to purchase to new computers just because there is a chance that the prices will drop even lower. Depending on how long she waits to purchase new computers, the employees could be so far behind on the latest technology (software and hardware) that the company would need to spend extra money to send these employees to trainings. Information systems hardware is rapidly evolving; therefore, it is important not to get too far behind on “the latest and greatest.” If the company does not purchase the new computers soon, they may lose business to their competitors who do have up-to-date equipment. As far as being 100% effective goes, the employees may still be able to effectively do their jobs, but she has to take into consideration the fact that by not getting new equipment, the methods in which they do their jobs is outdated.

I would start off my giving my product a name that has a key phrase that describes the product category for the customers’ or potential customers’ mind. No matter how you brand your company, it must deliver on its promise. If you promote your brand with strong customer service, your customers better feel that way or it will fall flat. Speedy service can’t be slow.
Because my belief is that the stronger the connection is in between me and my employees will assure them that I care just as much about them as I would about the numbers. This will inevitably promote more work flow and a more positive work atmosphere making any workplace drama less likely to arise. Step six set up counseling sessions for anyone who has been previously harassed, abused, discriminated against or has experienced some form of trauma that of which has somewhat hinder their work performance such as a death of someone close to him or her. No matter what the situation is these sessions are open to everyone. Steps seven remove any employee whether it is someone who working part- time, full- time or is part of the management team promoting some form of discrimination.
I recommend the company should respond to the former employee’s charge of constructive discharge by first apologizing. This former employee has had a negative impact on their life do to our company, and an apology would not hurt the situation. The government has various laws and statues pertaining to constructive discharge, management needs to avoid anything that could be misconstrued as discrimination in the work place. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) refers to processes and techniques of resolving disputes that fall outside of the judicial process (Alernative Dispute Resolution Law & Legal Definintion, 2011). Legally, this could save the company bad publicity, a great amount of stress, and money that isn’t necessary to spend.
