When I visit a restaurant to have a meal, I have to pay for not only the dishes I have ordered, but also service fee, extra fee and other expenses. Moreover, the price of the dishes in such places is usually higher than the actual amount of money needed to make the food as the restaurants include operation expenses in the price. On the contrary, if I decide to go to the market, shop for my cooking at home, I only have to pay for the ingredients. As a result, my spending on eating will reduce significantly if I dine in more than eat out. Regarding food safety, preparing and eating food at home can assure healthy and safe meals.
Eating these foods can help them to have better physical conditions. Thus, eating food prepared at home will help prevent the intake of extra salt or oil from the food eaten in a restaurant. Secondly, eating at home instead of at a restaurant every day enables a person to cut down on their budget and save more money.
