Illegal Immigration The U.S for awhile has had a problem with illegal immigration and it is still on going today. My opinion on illegal immigration whether it can be stopped or not is that there is no possible way it can. It seems that laws are meant to be broken; illegal immigration cannot be stopped. An example such as this: today in the U.S there are many illegal drugs, yet people still use them; they are breaking the law, just like illegal drugs we cannot stop illegal immigration. Laws are broken every day, how can we possibly stop this one from being broken. A lot of people would say that positive things could come with illegal immigrants. The positive things are the immigrant’s skills and abilities. Also they bring with them a low cost work force. While they work in the U.S they earn money and spend it in the U.S on things like rent, food, and clothing which helps our economy. Sure, immigration can have a real positive impact to the U.S but there are flip sides to the positives. Illegal immigrants can surely bring their skills and abilities, but they can also bring illegal drugs and crime as well. They also bring low cost work force, but is that right? The flip side to that is they take jobs of Americans because they are willing to work for a lower cost. When the illegal immigrants make money, they spend a little in the U.S, and that helps our economy. But in reality, the majority of the money they make is sent home to Mexico which only helps Mexican economy. Illegal immigration cannot be stopped. It is a problem in the U.S. It has flip sides both positive and negative. And are we really going to try to legalize all those immigrants of 11 million plus. If not, why break the
