As a global organization it is important to recognize the employee effort. For that reason, an addition has been made to the organizational chart where the Operational Department is illustrated.
Planning/strategizing works together with the organization’s primary purpose based on where the organization wants to be and what it will take for them to get there. Planning/strategizing enables management to go beyond daily activities to set realistic goals for the organization’s success. Organizing involves setting the structure and the coordination and use of available resources needed to carry out tasks necessary to achieve the organizational plans. Leading is the ability to motivate people to give their best both individually and within group settings. Through guidance, leadership ability, and supervision of employees managers achieve organizational goals.
In my team we had numerous of skills that we identified between us. These skills helped us to develop ideas and plan our event plan. as a team we came up with a numerous of ideas that helped us gain success on the actual event day. There were advantages and disadvantages that as a team we had to face, but we overcame all of those problems and we worked together instead of falling apart and not negotiating on a decision. This was one of our key strengths.

The whole process of benchmarking is to identify the best practice in relation to the product or process within the particular industry. This benchmarking technique is a management tool through which a plan for evaluation, measurement, and improvement is implemented. It seems as though with our team these tasks have been completed. Within the actual business and the shift workers we have to make sure that we identify the best practice for each shift in which there are many different tasks listed in the column chart. All managers should benchmark the organization in order to assess all of the performance on each shift by providing all of what they can measure in a consistent manner across the organization.

There is always one person who in a way takes the lead on the project at hand. They guide the group in the right direction and usually answer any pending questions or concerns that they many have. This is great practice for future leaders and comes in handy when they are working on bigger projects or are taking on bigger career roles. In conclusion behavioral leadership is a process that is learned and not just instilled in us from the beginning. They are the actions that are done every on the job to influence a managers employees.
