Trust is developed by clearly defining roles, expectations, and goals. This develops a familiarity between the different team members, which helps to produce a shared vision and reliance on each other and improves the team’s effectiveness (Bethea, Holland, & Reddick 2014). A highly effective team uses its shared vision and defined goals to foster a sense of group harmony. This allows for problems to be solved and goals to be achieved. With each problem solved or goal achieved, excitement grows within the team and a sense of accomplishment is felt once the process is completed (Bethea, Holland, & Reddick 2014).
As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them. I do this by demonstrating belief in what my staff members can accomplish. I believe that I can help people to improve, and I enjoy managing and supporting their efforts. Moreover, observing the best in people is important to me. In fact, my ability to combine an acceptance of others as they are with the inspiration and encouragement they need to become even better is what makes me a valuable mentor, manager, co-worker, and friend.

If this system is followed correctly, it enables good standard of work to be carried out and also means that company policies and procedures are being followed correctly. In the company, partners are seated next to each other which does prove very effective as it enables good communication between each other. This proves very effective as messages can be passed on straight away and conversations can also be heard. The seating plan does prove very effective when working as a team. Although the systems in place for partnership working do prove useful there are many ways that they can be improved.
Training and reflection will have positive effects for both the service user and the service provider. Reflective practice helps staff analyse complicated situations and help them make the best resolution. Analysing situations allow staff members to choose the best option that will benefit service users the most, allowing the care of them to be superior. Reflective practice also helps improve staff members’ problem solving skills. This means that the care of the service users will be improved since the staff are able to solve problems quickly and effectively.

Sociable, facilitates others in a group, and provides inspiring leadership." Honestly, with these results I absolutely agree with the results to the assessment.

For me, it was one of the best places on earth. Reason being, it made me feel proud with what I’ve become. Everyone there was just like me. The community I grew up in defined me in a lot of ways. It has helped me learn new cultures and traditions, be more understanding and humble with life and its situations, and playing sports.
