It is an inclusive of all the definitions, key areas, and local and international examples to get a better view of the importance of effective communication for leadership performances. It carries theoretical explanations given regarding communication by authors such as contingency theory etc., and further more clarification on how effective communication can be performed and practiced to become great leaders. These have been explained further more through taking world’s greatest leaders by analyzing their behaviors and attitude, systematic communication that they followed to become great leaders. At the end of the report, it gives a conclusion that leaders should communicate effectively to gain success and how it is to be done if the leaders a lacking on it. And it also conveys how the communication system should flow accordingly to attain goals and objectives for leaders as gaining effective communication is not that simple.
