In my opinion the most important thing to avoid multitasking is get focus on what is most important and need to be done first. Something really good will be, create a list of the priority so we can tackle each problem by its priority. Taking one task at a same time might be hard but will help us to perform optimally. Those strategies might give us some extra free time and keep us away from hurt ours brain by stress.
With saying that, I know that if I try hard and work hard, I will reach success. I must know that along with success comes failure. When failure happens I must not let it get in the way of my goals, I must develop ways I can fix my failure and keep moving. I also must learn the traits of a successful person, see the parts of my life that need improvement, and then move toward more success in my own life. Taking control of my choices and not being a victim of the change life is going to throw at me is another role that is important on my way to success.
Working smarter is based on getting what we need to get done without harming our own mental wellbeing, health, or relationships. Working too hard can lead to stress, and to our body and mind breaking down. The result is that you can’t get caught up, even when you’re putting in extra hours. You drag yourself down further until there’s nothing left to give. For example, “I want to make more money” this can mean many things and can be difficult to implement.
