Inclusion is a practice that ensures there are no barriers in place to stop people taking an active part in all areas of society and that they are not excluded because of illness or disability. We tend to develope different worlds, for example, separate workshops, education groups and living accomadation for people with mental health needs or disabilities and this in some way excludes that from mainstream society.
