INTRODUCTION In this project, we have primarily discussed about the meaning of ‘Leadership’ in brief. Also, we have also described various qualities of a good leader, types of leaders (spiritual and political) and theories of leadership. An introduction from the lives of Mother Teresa (spiritual leader) and Adolf Hitler (political leader) has been briefly stated in this project. Furthermore, the lives of these leaders have also been mentioned in detail, which includes everything from their childhood, early adulthood, education, their achievements in life and death. Another topic that has been covered is about the qualities possessed by them; which includes Mother Teresa being non-violent and a peace lover, whereas, Adolf Hitler as a violent leader with rigid opinions and no humility. A brief comparison between Mother Teresa and Adolf Hitler has been made which shows the similarities and dissimilarities in their nature. And finally, a conclusion has been drawn out in which we have discussed about how both the leaders succeed in being called as true leaders as they possess almost every quality that is necessary to become a good leader and in turn lead the followers with efficiency. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. A leader is the inspiration and director of the action. Good leaders are made not born .He or she is the person in the group that possesses the combination of personality and skills that makes others want to follow his or her direction. In business, leadership is welded to performance. Effective leaders are those who increase their companys' bottom lines. In its essence, leadership in an organizational role involves : (1) Establishing a clear vision, (2) Sharing (communicating) that vision with others so that they will follow willingly, (3)
