In addition 40,000 people were involved in organized fights, while 100,000 people were involved in street level fights ("Animal Cruelty"). What can cause this practice to be considered a sport and not cruelty? And if proven to be a sport, what does a dog actually win? Freedom?

He possesses strong muscles and long, thick, warm hair, so he is kidnapped and sent to Alaska to work as a sled dog. Although he is a pet, a master of dogs at the house and receives the love of every member of Miller’s family, he can learn and adapt very quickly the law of the wild; he learns how to fight, steal and kill wild animal to survive. Nevertheless, he still has good nature. He knows how to show his love to ones whom he loves.
Many people look at pets as another chore, when they are actually very good at being a best friend, confidante that understands all of life’s problems, and the best motivation in keeping healthy. Pets can also keep children active, promote responsibility, and help with socialization problems that are becoming more prominent in today’s society. With a pet adoption a person gains more than just an animal, the community at large is also helped by opening another kennel in the animal shelter for another loving animal. Becoming active in the community is just that simple, but there are other ways to promote animal welfare and overpopulation that affects so many areas of the world. Research has shown that adopting a pet is a great way to improve mental and physical health, promote family values, and become active in the community by rescuing an unwanted or stray animal.

Dogs are friendly, loyal house pets. They are intelligent so they can provide services to people, such as working with police officers at airports searching bags for bombs and illegal drugs. Moreover, dogs can assist firefighters by sniffing out people trapped under rubble or those hidden behind flames of a fire. Dogs work as guards protecting families and their most valuable belongings. Many disabled people live with trained dogs.
