IOS vs Android Android and IOS, comparing these two operating systems is like comparing the two of the most vicious birds of all time; the eagle and the vulture, both equally fierce but completely different. Google’s Android and Apple’s IOS are the two dominating systems of this smart phone technology era. We live in a world where people now have numerous choices of phones; but the ultimate deciding factor is and has always been the operating system namely IOS and Android, the reigning operating system giants of this industry. They are both robust platforms with completely different ideas, looks and processors but no matter how good they are, one is always better than the other in every area. Though they are great softwares by themselves, both have areas of improvement whether it comes to their features or their reliability. No definite conclusion has been made as to which one is the ultimate winner. The continuing war between Android and IOS will escalate, as it has been for the past 5 years or so. Not many similarities exist between the two softwares, thus making them completely different. The most notable difference between these two types of operating systems are the different varieties of phones each software has to offer. Android phones are known to have a wide range of device types which come in different shapes and sizes all over the world. Due to the ample amount of choices, they are not limited and are known to be economical and reasonable. IOS phones, however, are more expensive due to the limited devices available. The software is exclusive only to Apple products such as iPhones, iPods or iPads. Since there are not many types, Apple products stand out more in public than Android phones because of the brand name, the aesthetic look and elegance of the phone.
