IN 2010.after the congress agreement, The president signed into law a detailed health care law called affordable care Act, With this law it gave USA a chance to change its health care system to adequately ensure a higher quality of care, safer care, and also for it to be more affordable to everybody in USA and to all life span. During that time, Robert Wood Johnson foundation, looked at the future of nursing and put together a proposal for change in nursing professional. It was noted that nurses has good chances of helping to improve nursing profession and health care system because of their position with the patients. Nurses are regularly with the patients and have continuity of care with them and understands their need better, they are also in close proximity with other health care worker and they will make good partners with physicians and other health professionals, In other for them to be able to accommodate these changes, The impact on nursing education: nurses should be qualified enough and have a better knowledge of their job. This is why increasingly improving knowledge from research, education and evidence-based practice is important to our profession. According to the report, “the main goals of nursing education remain the same: nurses must be embarked to meet the diverse patient’s needs, function as leaders and advance science that benefits patients and the capacity of health professionals to deliver safe and quality patient
