Inclusive learning should promote positive behaviour and conduct. A teacher needs to recognise that learner comes with different learning styles and needs. Maslow stated unless certain need are met the learner cannot progress. Malsow ‘s hierarchy of needs theory is: Learners needs have to to be met in order for leaners to be involved and focused on their learning. For individual learning styles to be met, within a good learning sessions a teacher will ensure he/she takes a multi-sensory approach to teaching, this way each learner can work to the best of their ability.

They help all staff who are involved to be aware of their social, emotional and educational needs. They need to help the school to develop a PEP(Personal Education Plan). Schools should have policies and procedures in place that are in line with national policies to help Looked After Children, such as providing a strong pastoral support system, encouraging after school activities, minimising exclusion and providing a safe and secure learning environment. The SEN code of practice: 0 to 25 years is part of the Schools: statutory guidance. It refers to students who “has a significantly greater difficulty in learning....has a disability which prevents or hinders...making use of facilities...” (Department of Education website) It is the responsibility of the school to provide academic and social support and to make all school amenities available to SEN students.
It was said that one ‘solution’ to the ‘problem’ of inequity was to ‘educate the parents’ (Thomson, P 2002, p. 3) and encourage them to ‘supervise’ their children whilst doing homework. This suggests that with the parent’s encouragement and reinforcement towards the child, they are more likely to want to succeed and feel they have the right to succeed, instead of there being a boundary between the advantaged and disadvantaged children. As educators all over the country we are faced with having to embrace and implement technology into our schools and for teachers their lessons. We have students who are very skilled with technology and in order to keep they engage and involved in the lessons we have to incorporate technology into our lessons and move away from the lecture style of teaching and create more interactive lessons that will keep students motivated in the classrooms. Special needs students require more funding and services to provide them with the tools and materials that they need to be successful in school. The special education has really changed over the years because we now have districts moving from the out of district placements and now have more of the special education students in inclusion classrooms and of course we still have the resource rooms and the self contained classrooms. Many districts because of costs are not seeking out of district placements but instead are creating programs within the various school districts that mirror the out of district programs.
I would want to have done the same things once I have my own classroom and I feel fairly passionate for students to understand and develop tolerance towards people who may be different than themselves. I feel that as teachers, we can take action to really mold our students to grow and be better individuals living in this world. I really do believe that issues in the matter of race/ethnicity and culture has to do with educating oneself of these things and practicing the basic matters a person should carry with themselves. I really think that these issues need to be discussed in depth when students are young and continuously because it is harder for one’s mind to see the wrong in something they believed was right for most of their

(isbe,net) These tests must be administered to the ELL student to fit their needs and match the standards set for their testing environments and individualized learning plans. The auxiliary staff aide the classroom teacher in developing a well balanced and most times an individualized program for the ELL students, CPS has to increase these 'human resources' to help the ELL student. Next I began think about the fate of the underperforming schools.
Security is one of the priorities of the school allowing more focus on teaching and student learning. The Parent Welcome Center provided warmth and a family type atmosphere with a place to sit and read to your child. The Parent Welcome Center also provided helpful information for the parents on childhood educational and parenting skills to broaden themselves. The classrooms are laid out for the teacher to help optimize the children’s needs and to improve teacher work flow. The resources for the children are at a higher standard for learning and motor skill development.
We have age limits and restriction on many things, but why does are education system expect these young kids to make the right choices, ask for help and develop good study habits on their own. Our education system needs a new approach to resolve these issues. Teachers and parents need to be held responsible, for how well these kids do in school. We need come up with a new plan so these students aren’t left lost and helpless. Flunking students can be used as a positive tool by our education system.
