Everyone has their own reason of enjoying or hating sports. It may run in the family, it may be because of the place they were raised, a friend or significant other or any other cause; whatever the reason everyone has been touched by sports in some sort. It is also a commanding business and an industry that is worth billions. With millions of fans attending various sport events at every level, the sports industry currently has one of the largest markets. Be it professional, college or local games it is virtually guaranteed that people will be following the game either by attending, reading about it, watching TV or the internet. They craze for sports is widespread and any time a team reaches the top of its game the team is nationally (sometimes internationally) celebrated. In present day sports have become much more than a past time that they used to be. Today sports are talked about in every house hold and they have affected the lives of countless people. They are an important part in every culture and country and it is one of the best unifying force in today’s society. When talking about sports the first thing that comes to everyone’s mind is how engrossing and passionate it is. Millions of fans rush the stadiums and local sports bar to watch their favorite teams in action. During the season of their sport the one topic of conversation that is always on going is sports. It gives people a chance to escape from their daily drudgery and lose themselves with their fellow fans. Felisa Rogers, a writer for USAToday and Peoplesguide, talks about such a phenomenon in her article titled “How I Learned to Love Football.”(Rogers533) She mentions it when she describes her
