Life expectancy was very low and mortality rates were very high due to common outbreaks of plagues. People loved entertainment especially when there was something to celebrate and be joyful about. Youth Sports Have Become Too Intense Over the past decade, youth sports have increasingly become more intense. It is a very controversial topic in our community today. Scholars are starting to take this topic very seriously. It is not just adults who think that youth sports have become too intense, a lot of kids think so too. Contributing to this pressure and intensity has been the ability to play the same sport year round with the introduction of more travel and AAU programs, the increase in exposure and rewards from success in sports, and the time commitment required at the highest level.
Each of them found sports, mainly football as an escape. After going over some speed bumps in their attempt to become professional athletes they achieved stardom through great physical ability. After getting to the NFL each of these players became infatuated with attention. Changing hair styles, last names, and demanding more money when already making more than enough for playing a game, are some ways that shows how much these two need the attention. Also, both Johnson and Owens excessively celebrated when a touchdown was scored.

There are many different reasons why folks watch it year after year; a lot of fans watch the Super Bowl for the football aspects of the entertainment, but many people have other reasons for watching, as well. An enormous factor that plays into the number of viewers for The Super Bowl is the commercials; they are often very entertaining and usually funny.
As we walked out and round the track, the noise was deafening. Upon looking around the stadium, there were thousands of fans, a packed stadium. The light projected from the crowd was beautiful, with all different colours on display using the new technology, to create a masterpiece around the stadium. Walking back through the tunnel towards the end of the ceremony, excitement began to build inside me. Everything I had been fighting for was for this race,
The higher the population the more fans come and the more money the the Ramirez brothers recieve which will slowly help them get out of their financial crisis. Also the greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area is the number two population center and TV market in the United States, and nearly every entertainment company in the world has expressed an interest in participating in sponsering an NFL francise, this means that they the Ramirez brothers will get alot of money off of them and they will also get a spot in one of the biggest francises in the world. They also will get a brand new stadium which will open the doors to 10,000 more jobs and boost the local economy. This gives a chance for money to circulate and the economy will boost which will lead to more people being able to afford the games. A new stadium also brings curiosity to the community and leads people to wonder and come and check out the stadium for themselves.
The Superbowl is an event that sports enthusiasts look forward to and love to attend at least one time in their lives. The combination of the action on the field, the entertainment at halftime, and the unveiling of the year's new commercials bring sports fans and non-sports fans in front of their televisions to witness the three and a half hour spectacle. There are a few reasons to explain why football is the most popular sport in America today. The entertainment value is unmatched compared to other major sports. There are bone crushing tackles, spectacular catches, precise throws, running backs breaking tackles for long gains, and the strength and athletic ability of all positions (except kickers and punters, of course) to make plays for their team.
College Football A Postseason Quandary College football has long been one of America’s favorite sports. Ever since the turn of the 20th century, college football has rapidly increased in popularity. What makes college football so special is the atmosphere, the camaraderie, and the unbelievable sense of pride among players and fans. College football is also special because most fans have some sort of affiliation with the school they pull for, such as attending the school or having family that attended. In fact, it attracts more fans than any other sport in the United States.

Whether it’s football, basketball, baseball, hockey and the list goes on with the mostly viewed sports that people all over the world are constantly watching. Throughout the four seasons within the year there are different sports going on. Whether one is beginning or ending there is always a constant entertainment of sports being watched throughout.
Today, in America sports are viewed as a competition where the strongest, most athletic team or individual usually prevails. People enjoy sports so much that they bet on games and spend thousands of dollars purchasing tickets to games and flying across the country just because their favorite team is playing. It is simply human nature to thrive on competition, to want to be better and stronger than your opponent. As much as we love competing, playing, and watching sports today, so too did the Ancient Olympic athletes 3,000 years ago when they competed in the Panhellenic Games. The Panhellenic Games were actually four separate events that were spread out over a four year time period, so athletes could compete constantly.
