E) However, I disagree, advertisements are informative to our daily lives; without them our world would probably fall apart. They do just more than promote a product; an advertisement helps wage for jobs, educate people, and also explains how to make our lives better.

How is it possible to work an area where it already feels impossible to work in? Another issue and this mistake was on my part mainly, is that my perception about Alex was wrong. But the actual bigger mistake is letting it known to Alex that my perception about him was not what I expected, therefore he responded the same way leaving an uncomfortable feeling. In my opinion passive communication, although avoid confrontation is not effective because Brigit is left unaware she completed the tests inaccurately. This is an injustice to her and the students because she will continue to make this mistake unknowingly. The more effective way to handle this in my opinion would be to ask Brigit to demonstrate how to complete the test and show her what she is doing incorrectly.
