While it may seem nearly impossible to walk out of Wal-Mart with your sanity intact, it can be done with a little advance preparation. Creating a list of needed items, going at an off peak time, and setting yourself a time limit on how long you will spend in the store are some ways that you can make the otherwise unbearable task completely doable. Creating a list of the items that you need in advance is critical to maintaining focus and more importantly, your sanity, when going to Wal-Mart. There are many ways to create lists. Some people use their smart phones to jot down items in their notes while others lean towards the old tried and true method of pen and paper.

It is easy to throw in the towel when an individual does not want to do their laundry or their meal time active treatment but keep in mind that everyone these individuals have come in contact with have hurt them, lied to them and given up on them; patience is critical and without it your career in mental health services will be short lived. Human services are not a luxurious, high paying, high profile career. Mental Health human services can be grunt work it can be stressful and at times it can be downright frustrating. The people who do this kind of work and make a career out of do not do it because of any fame or lucrative multimillion dollar contract that they are going to earn at the end of the season; they do it because they love what they do.
The learning curve will present challenges in that, employees will maintain the need to refer to the old system to proceed with business as usual. Possible struggles presented by the learning-curve are expected from several employees. Some will adjust more than others, but the main challenge is in the adaptation or orientation phase. Technologically, since the system is equipped with back up software, it should eventually eliminate the need for hard copy records and files. This will save time in the long run, which should encourage most employees despite their initial frustration with the management system change.

Communication Theory Barbara J. Walker HCS/320 7/18/2011 Kristin Thrun INTRODUCTION When working in teams sometimes it can be hard especially when you have one person that doesn’t want to cooperate. It also can be a lot of fun when you get the right kind of people. You may find some people that want to take charge and do all the work instead of working with a team. Then you have the ones that are laid back and don’t care as long as they are working. I enjoy working with a team because you get to meet new people while you are working and it makes the time go by fast.
Instead of having to leave the house to go grocery shopping a person can go online or call and have the food be delivered to the front door. A person can put the dishes into an ever advancing model of dishwashers and have it clean the dishes for them. Now to have our clothes washed we have to worry about what temperature to set the washer at, type of washing liquid or powders, and whether to use fabric softener or not. The use of some technology has made some people lazy and too dependent on the technology to know how to do things for themselves if the need
