For instance, the direct-business model employed by industry giants such as Dell Inc. and Amazon.com enables customers to order products over the Internet and thus allows companies to sell their products without relying on third-party distributors. I believe this to be true because they offer some of the newest technology in their store and it is place where people can actually interact with salespeople in real life.
