Five Minutes of Heaven Alistair is a boy aged 17, at the beginning of the film. He has brown semi-long hair and blue eyes. A normal-looking boy. He wants to do something for his cell UVF. So he was set to shoot a young Catholic, together with his group as a reprisal and a warning to others. Joe Griffin, James younger brother, stood and watched it. Alistar is an understan- ding man. He wishes that Joe must have peace, of every- thing he has gone through. He does not care if it cost him his life. As he told Joe that he should just kill him, it shows clearly that Alistair not really think he can give himself peace. He knows that his life was "ruined" the day he shot James Griffin, Joe's older brother. It would plague him the rest of his life. Although he took his punishment in prison, 12 years. Another example of the fact he did not think about himself, is when the assistant who spoke with Joe on the terrace, said Alistair's apartment was empty. It seemed cold and there was not much joy to see in it. Usually when people get apartments or houses, they fill it with pictures and memories. The apartment is their own place where you can often see a person's personality. But the assistant did not see any personal relationship between his apartment and himself. At the end of the movie he had brown semi-long hair, blue eyes and wrinkle in his face. He had fine looking clothes, suit. A normal-looking man. Joe is a boy of 8 years at the beginning of the film. He has reddish hair, brown eyes, a slightly pointed nose was slender built. Also a normal-looking boy. He stood outside and played football out of his parents' apartment wall all day. Though people always said that he should go in because it was getting dark. He was just playing and he counts his shots. After his brother had been shot and killed, he blamed his mother. And she blamed him for the rest of his life. She
