For each of the following six dimensions of health, list at least one characteristic, activity, belief, or attitude that reflects that dimension in your life. Provide a brief explanation with each example. Refer to Ch. 1 in the text for explanations of these dimensions. Physical health: I use workout everyday sometimes twice a day. Before and after work. Seeing that I walk to and from work. Which is approximately 2.2 miles both way. There are two that comes two mind that we all have heard of. That would be diet and exercise. When it comes to diet. It doesn't always point in the direction of dieting. It can simply mean watch certain food s that you enjoy eating at certain times of the day as well as what works best with your metabolism. Certain genetics require more attention to what foods are going inside that particular body. When it comes to exercise you have to find balance. For instance, i believe it is always good to include 15-30 minutes of cardio to any exercise routine. This does not necessarily mean that you have to lift weights either. There are many forms of resistance training that you can choose from to give you optimum results. That will also depend on your height and weight and age.
