Yes, I do. Less than a year ago, I probably wouldn't say such a thing if my life hadn't come together the way it did. Funny enough. Love is too complex for words. It's undoubtedly one of the most overwhelming forces imaginable and sometimes the most difficult to understand. Mostly, it only seems to find you when you'd least suspect. When people hear "love at first sight", it seems it's most often interpreted as being enveloped by a tender, passionate affection for a stranger- immediately after the first glance. I believe it's the uncertainty and overwhelming curiosity that sweeps over you when you first cross paths with someone- love in it's earliest stages, as a seedling in the palm of your hand that hasn't yet been planted and watered. And it doesn't grow to be recognized until you've stepped past the barrier of mystery and into a new, budding companionship. You simultaneously give them your life, and your death in the sweet innocence of your first kiss. And when it's finally grown so vast that your heart aches without their physical presence-- Or rather, the immensity of what you feel for that individual is so beyond any and everything that you once thought completely satisfied you, that you can't stand even being separated physically as two entities. You wish that somehow, there were a way to rip apart every thread of your existence down to the last quark and be completely fused into one. ...That's when the time your eyes first aligned with theirs becomes "love at first sight". Or in other words..
