Dahlia’s furniture Top Management should implement quality control to ensure good quality of products and services they produce to consumers. This can help them save the cost of production and overcome any defect in their manufacturing process. Staffs should undergo training and development providing them technological management expertise. Having Quality Control in the production process maintains the company in a good reputation, has a better chance for higher revenue and will also help them to gain more satisfied customers. II.
