They are social factor, personal factor and psychological factor. In the social factor , many of my friends highly recommended Eclipse mint from many different way, for example, many of my friends post their opinions after they tried the Eclipse mint on the Facebook or blog ,many of they said that Eclipse mint is more effective and tasty than other brand’s mint and chewing gums. So that, the word of mouth influence was one of reason that affect my purchase behavior. Moreover, ‘family is the most important consumer buying organization in the world’ .Since my family only purchase Eclipse mint because its packaging and price. I also affected by their buying behavior that the most important reason why I chose Eclipse instead of other mints. In the personal factor , occupation was one of the reasons which affected my purchase behavior.
