Lakshmi Spice’s product range is Chili flakes & Powder, Dried Chili, Turmeric Powder, Curry Powder, Pepper Powder, Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed, Fennel Seed, Mathe Seed, Cinnamon, Cardamom & Cloves. As nation Sri Lankans loves spicy foods and use spices heavily in their dishes. And today there is an increasing trend that consumers purchase readymade spices from shops as most of the housewife’s are employed and they hardly have time for preparation of spices at home. And also consumers have become more conscious about quality about the food they consume due to increasing due care about their health. Which behavior has opened the opportunity to sell quality spices in the market which are inevitable in Sri Lankan dishes. And also it is evident that increasing income level of consumer also reflected in their increasing spending on food
