Without the full disclosure principle important negative financial information on company standings would likely be withheld from investors. The full disclosure principle requires that all circumstances relevant to financial statement users be disclosed. This means that all transactions must be available to the readers of a company’s financial statements. “In a professional setting everything you do must involves communication”. (Locker & Kienzler 2008). Having a successful communication system will be a significant part in any line of work whether you are a manager, employee, or customer and their relationships. When a company is looking to grow and profit from their business it is not possible without any form of communicating or communication system. Resources: Bardia, G. (2010).
End Vision First, I think that implementing a good management plan by the upper level management is very important for KFF’s to succeed as a company. Having a replacement inventory coordinator who purchases the best possible products for all three stores, Also, having a person who controls the accounts payable, receivables, and finances that coordinate all vendors get paid on time will allow Kathy Kudler to focus more on duties that need more attention. For instance, implement a better website for the business will give better benefits to customer, therefore, sells will increase. The company needs to understand the difference between having a website and having an effective website. The website that is in place in KFF only displays the goods and services.

The CEO of any organization needs to not only be part of the policies and standards that present but they also need to be the main supporter of all initiatives. Whether the CEO writes their own policies or buys them of the shelf, they need to make sure they are followed and that all compliance issues are covered correctly. It is important to remember that information security is as much a business issue as it is a technological issue. If all groups work together and abide by policies and standards that are written for the organization then the organization will stand a better chance at being secure. Having a security policy that is easily measured and enforced is the key (Symantec, 1995-2010) to this success.
Lizzeth Gonzalez ENG 101 10-25-12 Public Figures In today’s world our personal lives have become more transparent because of technology. Transparency is when your every move is being watched through personal online profiles and company websites. According to the article “The World is Watching” Thomas L. Friedman argues that we’ve all become public figures and that we have to protect our reputation because of transparency. However in the article “YouTube This” Queenan answers Freidman directly suggesting that even if the world is watching, people don’t care. I strongly agree with Friedman’s argument because in today’s generation anything you do or say online now could be used against you, and as a representative of this generation; I care!
This group was influenced by consistent parental compliance with instant gratification and complete information access via the World Wide Web, www, (Russo, 2008, p. 89). The beliefs of this workforce towards corporations are significantly different as that they demand that the corporations change and adapt to accommodate their needs. This group will not settle for just status quo of work-life balance but desire “money and fame; getting rich and being famous” and have proactively strived to redefine all aspects of the current mentality towards the primordial corporate mindset developed through multigenerational workforce collaboration (Russo, 2008, p. 89). As with the generation X crowd these individuals want instantaneous feedback and recognition while simultaneously challenging the norms and lores with defiant levels of confidence and optimism. (Russo, 2008, p. 89).
