I agree with the psychodynamic perspective because I have anxiety attacks from situations that have happened to me as a child. I also agree with the biological perspective because I believe everything is genetic. If someone in my close family has a mental problems, chances of me having them are high. I had a hard time choosing the one I agree with the least because for the most part I can see where each one makes
Nowadays many studies on insomnia manage to find the answers on the causes that lead to this health problem and the solution to overcome it. However it is not easy to propagate the society to be aware about this issue. People have many thought about this health issue. Non-education people understand insomnia as a disease and it is vice versa to the educated people that define insomnia as a symptom. This is means insomnia is an early sign of disease before it lead to serious part such that physical disorder or psychiatric illness.

Stress comes from any situation in which we feel frustrated, angry or anxious. Anxiety, on the other hand, comes from apprehension or fear. Stress and Anxiety, in a nutshell, stem from our bodies reaction to fear or change. The disorder that I am most interested in is called “bipolar disorder” and it has always been a fascination of mine every since I saw the movie “Mommie Dearest” and seeing how her moods changed like night and day. It appears that bipolar disorder is experienced over a course of years and usually the person like Joan Crawford who was experiencing both mania and depression caused irritable mood swings, and she also had a extremely high self-esteem of herself. I also noticed that she really did not sleep much and was distracted quite easily. When I came upon this topic, it easily applied to my marriage and other relationships of many other friends and/or family members. Each type of relationship comes with listening barriers that are due to-but not limited to-emotions, inattentive interaction, wrong or unclear assumptions, life distractions, and selective perception; no matter how small an interaction, personal relationships are deeply effected through these barriers of communication. Personal relations are fragile and they require maintenance through each stage of development. No relationship has immunity to listening barriers as each type of relationship has communication errors due to human tendencies. All relationships have potential listening barriers that need to be worked through, ranging from acquaintances to marriage partners.
These two sleep disorders are the topics I am going to cover, and what causes each. Stress and anxiety are two main causes for multiple sleep disorders, but they are also the effect. Stress can negatively impact a person emotionally, physically, and behaviorally, and can create tension, anxiety, and problems with sleep. Having too much to do, with what seems to be too little of time, such as, trying to balance school, work, relationships, and hobbies, can cause an excessive amount of stress. Not knowing how to balance and manage time is an issue many people face.
