The creation of a roadmap to a strategic plan should be followed up with a scorecard of the business. The scorecard will allow the business to see if the roadmap is work or not and allow some adjustments to the plan where needed. As a small bakery it is important that my strategic plan helps to drive consumers and generate revenue. Small businesses needs to monitor their plan on a daily bases to stay ahead of the competition. This would make it difficult for the service worker to communicate information to the service user. Learning disabilities can also affect a service user’s ability to communicate. While speaking to a Speech and language therapist, I learnt that service users with Semantic-pragmatic disorder find it difficult to effectively communicate with others. Semantic pragmatic disorder causes delayed language development and have difficulty following conversations. This means that the service user cannot fully communicate their feelings and opinions and would struggle to convey what is wrong with them
We often find ourselves criticizing the way a message is presented and ignoring its content or value. We don’t like the message being “read” to us, we find the speaker lacking in experience, or we don’t care for the negative tone of the boss. Our listening focuses on delivery and approach.
Common Sense warriors desire real life application and thrive upon hands-on instruction. Traditional learning styles frustrate this type of learner unless he can see the real life application in the information presented. The Warrior likes to take things apart in order to better understand the way that the object functions. In the situation of the marshmallow challenge, the Common sense Warrior in- Hanna, 3 of 3 stantly begins to work on their structure and then evaluates and tweaks it to perfection. Soto tries to “[forget] the shadows of angels”. The pace before he steals the pie is very fast, making the reader wonder if Soto was caught or not.

This is a act to think about he is given the choice in all the hardships that he faces to become a real boy, but is always disobedient and chooses the road of vise intending to. One example is in chapter 4 when we see that naughty children do not like to be corrected by those who are wiser than they are.
