WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF VOLUNTEERING? It is believed that volunteers never think about the benefits they can achieve, the society benefits must be the first. It’s true, but we can’t deny the hidden benefits the volunteers can achieve. Volunteering widen my relationship. It’s easy to find that I will have more new friends in volunteering, I can make friend with the others who has the same preferences. In addition, working with the company or organization I wish to be a member of or meeting famous people, singers, …. Especially, learning other cultures from foreign volunteers and developing my English skill. I can learn more and new experiences. Living away from home is interesting and hard because I must do everything on my own, but I think learning how to live independently is necessary, it’s not only have new skills but also help my mom a lot in housework. It makes me feel so proud and more mature. In addition, volunteering teach my how live more open by helping people. Besides, in team activities, I must work in group, everyone in group must work together to get a goal. Sometimes, maybe I get in trouple with others, compromise and listen help me in solving the problem. And so volunteering teaches me live more open and how to work in group effectively. And furthermore, it’s easier to me to get a job. On the other hand, volunteering in other country or other locals, there is an opportunity to meet local people, know more about local culture and to try local specialties. It’s sound excited, isn’t it ? Volunteering brings fun and fulfillment to my life. Doing volunteer works I find meaningful and interesting and interesting, it can be a relaxing, energizing escape from my day-to-day routine of study. Outdoor volunteer activities also provide me with healthy, dynamics and friendship. Then thanks to all them, I find my strong points and passion then develop it.
