To what extent can the problems of urbanization be met by a policy of sustainable development? We can say that Urbanization is the rise of population in urban areas, and the issue of urbanization is the population of urban overflow. The reason behind people's moving from non-urban area to more urbanized areas is that all people want to have more relaxed life, higher salary and better educational environment; for that, there are more and more people moving to urban to gain different goals. Along with urbanization benefits, comes a disadvantage, the problem of urbanization leads to different kinds of problems. For instance, there is housing problem, traffic problem and pollution problem. The process given to solve these problems is becoming a serious worldwide problem. Many organizations and environmentalists, at the time being, believe that sustainable development is the most efficient way to solve these problems. Sustainable development means that people should not focus on economic development only, people also need to pay attention to protect the environment and save resources at the same time. Some people do not think that sustainable development could solve these problems completely; however, I think that sustainable development could handle these problems and solve it. Urbanization has also caused a great deal of environmental issues, such as light pollution, water pollution and air pollution together with other issues. More people live in the city will buy more cars, burn more coals to make electricity, build more factories. Due to that, we can know that carbon dioxide causes negative climate change.
