Thus, many times foreign children have already been exposed to what they are currently learning in America. Findings- Informal and Formal Assessments I observed Mateo on 3 separate occasions. The first was conducted in class. The other two were done individually in my room. I observed him in class because I wanted to see how he interacted with the teacher, his peers and the text that was presented.
I worked nights, which meant 9pm to 7am, but the girls knew i had kids at home, and so they would let me clock off early and head home. I don't know how i made it home most nights, bleary eyed and completely exhausted at 3 or 4 am. Only to wake at 6:30 and get the kids off to
Most days during the week I commute back and forth between Milwaukee and Chicago for school. It’s a grueling process to balance the traveling with school, job-hunting, and any other attempts at settling down in the big city. I have a house with my parents about a hundred miles north but I wouldn’t exactly call it a home. On the nights I stay in Chicago I’ll be at the hostel or at a friends to keep me off the street. Wherever I go I carry my home with me, and that home is just one cute and sturdy Timbuk2 messenger bag.
They are required to use the computer for essay assignments. Students will continue to study grammar rules and apply them to every day communication, both oral and written.

Everyone is in such a rush to get to the next “thing” (job, lunch, task, customer, patient, etc.) they do not slow down long enough to really take in what is going on in the present. We all lead such busy, hectic lives that we are never really in the moment. While I was ordering those flu shots, I was on the phone ordering them but my mind was on the next task already, possibly my next 2 or 3 tasks. I am always a few tasks ahead of myself in my mind and very often don’t take the time to ask for clarification, or feedback from others to make sure they understand where I am coming from.
While I was in school, I was working two jobs that were both very time consuming. I worked both nights and weekends and it was more than one student could handle at a time or would want to handle. Working all the time in school left little time to work on school assignments and study time. After working long hours I spent my time sleeping instead of doing homework, and this led to my lack of experience in writing and reading. I would fall asleep in class because I was so tired.
This includes long boarding, flag football, evening runs/trail runs, hiking, and basketball. These activities will allow me to stay free from watching more TV then I should. Last week I long boarded 4 day's out of the week. This took up a total of 240 minutes of my leisure time during my days. This cut's away from my TV time which essentially is a good thing.
