Three economic questions We are living in the United State of America which is one of the wealthiest countries in the world. In order to have such a strong economy like this, American economists have to carefully find the best solutions for the three basic economic questions which each society must answer to. The first question is “What goods and services will be produced?” The second question is “How will they be produced?”, and the last question is “Who will get the goods and services produced?” Although each country would have a dissimilar culture or religion which lead to the different in economic behavior, answering the three economic questions is first basic step that the economists must do. Each economic system may likely have a different goal to find the answer for the question; however the fundamental ideas would be the same. First of all, we need to know the important of the arrangement of the three questions. We cannot just randomly pick a question to answer. We must answer the question what to produce first because by answering this question, we know exactly the goods or services will be produced. This answer then determine the following two questions how to produce and whom to produce. The first question asked was “What goods and services should be produce?” The answer for this question depends on each different country. We need to start off with knowing the basic needs of people which are food, shelter, and clothing. After we can satisfy these needs, we can move on to produce consumer goods. We have to observe the market very carefully in order to produce right products. The products that consumers consume the most are those producers need to consider. In order word, if consumers spend hundreds of dollar apiece on a good, this good should continue to be produced. It is very necessary to determine a precise product to produce because
