Social media is a phenomenon that has become a daily practice for many people around the world. Social Media is a product of globalization and innovative technological advancements. Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) has been introduced as one of the new facets that have contributed to the Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). Furthermore, this paper investigates the different forms of social media and social networks that exists, and that are being use currently by Human Resource personnel.
