By making myself available when a young person has wanted to talk on a one to one basis, quite often this may take place when I maybe driving them to an activity, has been a successful way to help build trust and relationship with that individual. I also believe that being consistent and being aware of our own actions and displays to the young person that we are people that can help keep them safe and secure and somebody that can be trusted. It is also vital to build and maintain positive relationships with other people involved in the care of the young person as we should share a common goal, the welfare and development of the individual. We can achieve this by open and honest communication, sharing of information, and by ensuring that those involved in the care of the young person are trained to a standard that enables us to deliver that care and support to a professional

This also gives them a reason to work together and cooperate with one another. There will also be time for homework and other activities to help each other exceed academically and physically. Explain why effective communication is important in developing positive relationships with children, young people and adults:- A positive relationship is one which will benefit the child, young person or adult and aid in their ability to gain positively from their environment. If you wish to have positive relationships you must remember you are a role model when working with children, young people and adults. A role model must be mindful, demonstrating daily your own effective communication skills with others. When communicating with others you must be considerate of how and when you approach them, you do not know what may be happening in their personal life. Positive relationships enable information to be communicated far more effectively.
Sometimes conflict can occur when communication is misunderstood. With effective communication you are able to resolve conflicts, build harmony and bridge communication gaps which create conflict. Effective communication between adult’s help people understand what they want and expect from each other. This helps to build strong personal and professional relationships between them. When they have this positive relationship, they are less likely to be unnecessarily competitive but they work together as a team sharing ideas and using the same principles across the school.

Effective communication is fundamental in building positive relationships with children, young people and adults alike. When working with children, young people and adult’s communication is the most important thing to building a positive relationship. Having good communication skills will help us develop better relationships especially with younger people. Some students who lack in confidence may find it hard to communicate at all with us, so if we come across to that student in a positive and gentle manner they are more likely to open up to us and talk.

Individuals can do their share to take care of the community by recycling, volunteering time, and investing monetarily. Recycling is important from individuals and their households to help preserve natural resources. This can be with cardboard, plastics, paper and etc. Another example of preserving is by making a habit of not being wasteful whether it is with food or water. Volunteering in schools, neighborhoods, and the local festival help bring unity to the community.
Having these people make a community more appealing to the eyes would be beneficial in all ways. I would hope by accomplishing these tasks along with other community service criminals would be able to see how valuable they can be to society and turn that confidence into self esteem so that they can contribute to society to benefit it and
This excellent service can be done by those that care about our world and the people that inhabit it. Service can be serving others in some helpful way. The main idea of service is that the individual isn’t the most important and other people could use help and good advice. Being a good leader means that the leader knows how to serve the people he is working for. Leadership is another trait that can’t be easily developed, but only with thorough diligence and dedication.
