A Short Story by Josh Thomas looked at the minuscule torch in his hands and felt barmy. He walked over to the window and reflected on his grand surroundings. He had always loved deprived Madrid with its regurgitated, rich rivers. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel barmy. Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone.
