Due to Stephanie being very active in sports throughout her younger years, staying physically fit was never an issue she had to worry about. She was very satisfied with her physical appearance. However, as she got older and her job demanded more of her, she was not able to keep up with all the practices and participate in the weekly games. She slowly dropped out of sports because she had to work in order to support herself. Little by little she noticed her physical appearance changing.

Living day to day not knowing what may be ahead is something we all experience, but living day to day knowing you have done all you could to improve your personal health to the best of your ability, can lead you to a more active, productive and gratifying lifestyle. Having a solid social support network, managing your weight and eating habits, exercising regularly, using the mind-body connection for hardiness and reducing your stressors are areas that can help you improve controlling aspects of your overall health and wellness. As most of us know, being physically fit is not an easy task. The older we grow the more our body breaks down.
She talks about her hours of chores before school and how all of this helps her learn to manage her time wisely. Many people wonder how she can accomplish so much without complaining. The purpose of this essay is to share her experiences and the positive outcome her childhood had on her life. She liked growing up on a farm and taking care of the animals, but disliked that her chores didn’t allow time for after school activities. Her responsibilities helped her to become better at time management and made her realize that most jobs are easy compared to what she went through as a child.
Alicia is another character who believes education and writing is a way to a better life. “Studying at a university for the first time two trains and a bus because she does not want to spend her life in a factory.”(31, 32). Alicia is a prime example of how education is way to freedom. By her getting up early every morning to catch two trains and a bus it’s a way of freedom. Alicia does this everyday to provide a since of independence.

Intellectual health: The ability to reason objectively- Thinking clearly to do school work is a form of Intellectual health. Environmental health: Preserving the conditions of our environment- Recycling is a form of protection our environmental health. Emotional health: The ability to control and express emotions when appropriate- When we cry at a funeral or rejoice at the birth of a new baby is our emotional health. Spiritual health: The way of life of believing in a higher power- Going to church on a regular basis is a way to keep your spiritual health alive.

As the days progressed, however, I felt more at ease at camp. I began to befriend many girls, which helped my comfort level, but what helped remedy my homesickness the most came from within me. I had to force myself to be realistic, and come to grips with the fact that I had to stay at Camp Elliot Barker because I had already made the commitment. I realized that there was absolutely nothing to be depressed about because the day would eventually come when I would be home again. People learn something different everyday even though they may not pay attention to the lesson. People take education for granted as well as continuing to become more educated over the course of life. People with disabilities thrive at the chance to learn because the odds are against them. What most people take for granted is what people with disabilities wish they could accomplish as easy as those without disabilities.
This is particularly important for kids who are home alone for a few hours every day after school, as school sponsored activities will help children to stay occupied and will keep their minds actively engaged. If your kids are old enough to work for a few hours after school each day, encourage them to get a job. This will not only keep them busy and prevent them from feeling bored, it will also take up a pretty healthy amount of time which they might otherwise spend mindlessly hanging out with their friends or getting involved in something that you would prefer they
I practice every day making sure that I will do the right moves, so I could do a good job at my performance that I will be doing at Deland Park on the Memorial Day this year. Next, the one and only goal that I finally succeeded was to finally work out every day at school. I’ve accomplish this goal this year, even though I just started for only a couple of weeks now, I know I will keep going. I want to stay healthy, fit and happy. My needs besides food, water and shelter, I need music in my life.
