Stressful situation Stress is a worried or nervous feeling that breaks the peace of mind. Nowadays many people suffer from different stressful situation. Some stress can be good. It keeps us alert motivated and ready to avoid dengue. But too much stress can affect our health. Stress can be as harmful as any mental conditions are. It can make one sad, lethargic, and very unhappy. Everybody respond to difficult situations in different ways, leading to different outcomes. So, when different people are exposed to one stressful situation , for example debt or financial difficulties, some become reckless, some become depressed and introspective, some get anxious, some get angry. And, when a different situation occurs, like there's an illness in the family, those people will react differently again, depending on their personal character. Everybody has their own way of manifesting stress. Sometimes it is a natural feeling, for example, somebody has trouble with sleep and it`s may become a system which causes stress and sometimes is it can be some unexpected hazards that take us unawares. One of the most stressful situations I believe is bereavement. Can there really be anything more stressful than having to cope with the loss of a loved one, whether the death was expected or sudden? Furthermore then you have to face the prospect of life without them - something which is bound to take its toll on you. The death of someone close to you is always a major trauma. Many people reckon that moving house is actually the most stressful thing you can ever do - and they're not far wrong. Moving strongly affects the emotional state of people mostly because they have to leave their old house and old life behind. People find it difficult to adapt to a new home.
