The reason that this concerns Parris is because he takes a lot of pride in his reputation with the church. And if people were to find out about the witchcraft he feared that his reputation would take a negative downfall. All in all the Puritan lifestyle had its ups and
Bill Maher is a smart individual but an agnostic can only promote what they know which means not very much when it comes to religion. Bill Maher said “Rational people, anti-religionists, must end their timidity and come out of the closet and assert themselves. And those who consider themselves only moderately religious really need to look in the mirror and realize that the solace and comfort that religion brings you actually comes at a terrible price.” To me having a meaning and a reason to
Everybody in Maycomb county is affected by racism in one way or another; however there are three people who are particularly affected by it. Calpurnia, the black maid in the Finch residence, must lead two separate lives, one with black people and one with whites; they can never inter-mingle. Mister Dolphus Raymond is suppressed into pretending to be a drunk because he is a white man who marries a black woman, and has interracial children. Tom Robinson must suffer the most, he is seen as guilty for a crime he does not commit and sentenced to death, all because of the jury’s prejudice towards black people. Indeed, everyone in Maycomb County, whether they are black or white, is affected by racism, and sometimes all it takes to see it is a child.
Allusions convince and change the mind of men like the clergymen in this case. Using religious figures makes allusions that men of God would easily relate to. He makes a comparison to his actions to those of Socrates practicing civil disobedience in the quote, “To a degree, academic freedom is a reality today because Socrates practiced civil disobedience”(210). Another allusion is included about Adolf Hitler reign in Germany where “everything Adolf Hitler did in Germany was “legal” and everything the Hungarian freedom fighters did in Hungary was “illegal”, ”to prove the point of what is “right and wrong” is in the eyes of the beholder (210). In most paragraphs he uses at least one allusion that the clergymen can compare his or their opinion to.

Constructive feedback is a way to increase self-awareness, offers options and encourages the learners development, this is a very important part of the teachers role and must be given with tact and encouragement to progress the learner. Constructive feedback does not mean giving positive feedback only. Negative feedback, if given skilfully, can be very important and useful. Destructive feedback is negative feedback which is given in an unskilled way. It can leave the participant feeling bad with seemingly no way forward.
People that influence you, you tend to look up to them and listen to what they have to say and what they do. This would mean you are trying to copy the way they are. You would copy their behaviour and the way they do things and you may copy certain things about them that you never had before. The behaviourist approach is when they learn through punishment and positive reinforcement. If they do something wrong then they get punished for it and get told to do the right thing which will make them learn and remember the right behaviour.

I believe that religious believers should support medical experiments on humans because all life is sacred and I could save many lives. However many Christians may disagree because many experiments must be taken out on a foetus and thus is morally wrong 4.
