PURPOSE: To establish uniformity of the cleanliness, mainanenance, and inspection for all 3rd Platoon’s M4 carbines 3. APPLICABILITY: This applies to all personnel assigned to 3rd Platoon, Bravo Company. 3.
Were I assumed the billet of squad leader for second squad and started preparing my marines for Afghanistan. We got attached to third battalion ninth marines. We went to twenty nine palms for Extened Mojave viper training. On December seventh we deployed to Afghanistan. While in Afghanistan we did 3 company level clearing operations and 3 battalion level clears.
2. MISSION: The 767TH OD CO (EOD) will conduct M4 qualification at Range 28B. The end state is to have all personnel assigned to 767 OD CO (EOD) qualify with their assigned weapons. 3. EXECUTION: Commanders Intent: The 767 OD CO (EOD) will conduct a small arms range on 6 December 2011 on Range 28B at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
All near-misses shall be investigated by the Lead Supervisor and reported in the same manner as any minor injury. All minor injuries shall be investigated by Lead Supervisor and reported to Owner within 24 hours of occurrence. Lead Supervisor shall complete Incident Investigation Form (Appendix A); and Witness Report Form (Appendix B) where applicable. All major injuries shall be reported immediately, by Lead Supervisor, to Owner, for further assistance in investigation. I keep up to date my first aid and that I have a fully stocked first aid box. I make sure accident forms are completed in the event of an accident occurring and that all parents are fully informed, who then sign any forms that need to be filled out. Working with children brings significant duty of care, and younger and more vulnerable the child, the greater the duty of care 1.2 By ensuring risk assessments are being carried out within a setting, also to make sure all equipment and toys are safe, and cater for the appropriate age. By making sure there are no hazards like cleaning materials being left out and all electrical sockets are not being left uncovered, this is to protect any harm to children and young people in my setting. Ensuring the setting is always clean to stop the spread of infection.
