Sleeping Patterns Day 1- I started the morning off still very sleepy from the night before. I had worked two double shifts over the weekend. Left for school at 9:00 am got home around 1:45 Pm ate something then went back to work. I had turned the lights out around 12:00am. I still had the T.V on because I like to watch it put me to sleep. I had waken about 3:00am and could not be back to sleep. My mind was racing about everything that is going on in my life at the moment. Day 2- Since I was awake at 3:00am in the morning I was still very sleepy. I had left for school at 8:00am got home around 10:00am. I took a nap around 10:45 am slept for 1hr. While I was sleeping I had a dream. My dream was about a group of deer crossing the road while I was driving and I stop and they started to batter my car up. I got up ate something then went to work. I had followed the same pattern as I did the night before, but this time I had slept the whole night. Day-3 I felt better this morning I was not so sleepy. I went to school after school I went to lunch with a friend. Then after lunch we came back to school to help each other write a paper for class. I got home around 6:00pm. Studied for about 2hrs then went to bed around 9:00 pm. I didn’t sleep long at all. A dream woke me up. I had dream about being at work fighting with my manager and a customer that told a lie on mi. This dream was really real to me. I didn’t sleep much after that. I think I fell back to sleep around 5:00am. I had another dream, but I didn’t remember it. Day 4- This is another busy day for me. I have class from 8:30am to 5:40pm. I got home from school ate something. Around 8:00pm I went to out with some friends. I had gotten home around 2:00am and went to sleep as soon as I got home. I only slept for 3 hrs because I had to be up for work by 6:00am. Day 5- Got up around at 5:00 am got ready for
