I really don’t care what happens in the environment. Having good emotional health is holding in bad emotions and only letting them out when appropriate. Controlling your emotions helps you keep a level head and not get as angry and depressed. It is something I need to work on when it comes to anger. Also there may be a diabetic who does not want to stick to their sugar free diet and this could affect them and make them ill. To overcome this problem you should try to give them advice and tell them the consequences if they don’t stick to their diet. If they still want to no longer stick to it then you can’t tell them what to do, you have to respect their
