If you are looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, a wedding, have fun with your family and friends, and enjoy delicious, high quality food, and live entertainment and to dance all night long, you must go to Red Square. Red Square is a Russian-themed restaurant, located in Mayfield Heights, Cleveland Ohio. This restaurant can seat up to 250 people and is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owner of the restaurant has created an exquisite menu for any taste. One of the traditional Russian foods you should try is a Russian salad the “Olivie”-mayonnaise-laden diced potatoes, carrots, pickles, chopped eggs and peas. Another must-have is sliced cold-cut cow tongue with a touch of horseradish, and three kinds of vegetable salads. But the best part of all is there will be five or six hot main dishes which include: meat blintzes, beef catlets (beef meatballs), Chicken tabaka (oven roasted chicken), chicken, lamb or beef shish kabobs, rice with vegetables and mash potatoes, and “Borsh”-beet soup with meat. These meals are prepared fresh each and every single day by the restaurant’s long time chief chef. The owner and chef are both from western part of Russian and there, they really know how to make amazing feasts. Each birthday that is celebrated in this restaurant is recognized by the in-house band before the party begins and once again at midnight when the birthday guest is called on the dance floor with their guests and serenaded with the birthday song and case with burning candles. It is an amazing thing to watch on weekends as sometimes the restaurant creates different themes. You can also reserve a seat for their well known Christmas and New Year Celebration.
