I knew that not only was I about to experience art in general, but that I was about to see art from all over the world, from hundreds of different societies and time periods. Art ranges from the primitive inscriptions on wood to large silver shrines; from the pyramids of ancient Egypt, to a child's drawings. Artwork takes many different forms and while everyone has their own style and taste, it is too difficult to measure the true worth of art. What is simple and most worthwhile advice for anyone interested in art is to see the beauty in all of it. When I proceeded to my first exhibit I was, honestly, mildly amused.

You start to realize that they are not exactly as they seem. You start to see their strengths and their flaws, their reds, their blues, their fears and what the love and cherish. Only then can you truly see who they are as a person and an individual. To me, everyone’s life is like a painting, a beautiful, unique piece of art. The more you get to know someone, the more intricacy and detail you start to see upon their canvas.
Dale Chihuly Dale Chihuly’s art is very unique. He makes his sculptures of glass and molds them into beautiful chandeliers, sculptures, and unique random objects. His main goal with his objects and sculptures is to make the audience wonder if it is real or manmade. Not only is he known for making them out of glass, but also because he has made beautiful and unique chandeliers. I was really impressed by the way he first starts of when he has an idea for a new creation and the outcome when his helpers are done with them.

However because of subtexts known as unstated or hidden messages used in these advertisements we buy those things anyway because it had convinced us it will make us look cool or we’ll have fun with it.Cover girl sounds convincing that this lips gloss will not make our lips sticky and that it makes our lips shine. In this ad Eva’s lips appears to be very glossy. Do you believe that the lip gloss really does make them shine or that they edited her lips that way? La Tour carefully and artistically arranged the subjects in a way that the texture causes the viewer to develop an impulse to touch the piece. The pronounced facial expressions definitely give you the illusion that this is a real picture reflecting real people. It is in fact a made up thought that was in the mind of La Tour that he brought to life in this painting. La Tour’s dazzling color selections and elaborate costumes create a brilliant tableau. His characters enact a psychological drama that unfolds through the cues of their sidelong gazes and the measured gestures that signal their next moves.
When he felt he had the right image he would then project the slide onto a canvas and pencil in both lines and details. The reason why Goings was so amazingly talented is because he could paint the photograph with such profound detail that the audience would be able to see detail that they would typically not be able to see in reality. "My paintings are about light, about the way things look in their environment and especially about how things look painted. Form, color and space are at the whim of reality, their discovery and organization is the assignment of the realist painter." The painting called Ralphs Diner (1982) is a great example of the vivid detail he used with light color and texture.
Art is a representation of someone's thoughts or emotions that cannot be articulated easily into words. Art is a method of freedom, a system to explore unimaginable ways to view art and techniques of art. Art can appear to look like anything, can be molded into anything, and can be viewed differently by millions of people but still come together to touch hearts and glow in its beauty. When looking upon Allie McGhee's artwork, Running Wild, the multiple colors, shapes and textures leaves viewers with different perspectives of the artwork. Upon closer and longer examination of the artwork, viewers see that McGhee invokes symbolic indications with shapes such as squares and with colors on the canvas to created excitement without developing
The Pumpkin is a painting while The Mirror Room is a whole room full of dots. Moreover, it is very interesting that the one has a dark background and the other has a light one. Yayoi Kusama succeeded to make everyone feel like a child again via her art works. The asymmetric polka dots are able to drive each one of us crazy; nevertheless, the result is awesome and interesting. An art work full of dots is not something that is made from everyone or something that is seen every day.
