“You never really understand a person until you consider things from their point of view… until you climb into his skin and walk around in it”. Scout’s biggest role model is Atticus. She learns pretty much everything from him and looks up to him. Atticus wants her to understand that it is important to put yourself in someone else’s place in order to understand them better, considering things from their perspective. In the book “To Kill a Mockingbird” by Harper Lee, Scout learns to not be so insensitive and to show more compassion and less insensitivity.

Many people learn the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” yet they still go through life breaking the moral. In the book “To Kill a Mockingbird” by Harper Lee; Scout, Atticus and Dolphis Raymond contribute to the novels message. These characters teach the lesson to walk in someone else’s shoes before judging them. Ignorance of a child also comes with their thoughts and actions.
but in case of my LD clients we will use communication boards and folders that we have produced together specific to there individual need. The young people I care for will sometimes have timetables that we can use but each one we will use different language, by different language I mean different terminology for things dependent on there level of understanding. I’m constantly challenged to find ways of effective communication for all my clients, services and professionals I deal with day to day in my job. Dealing with people with complex needs can take its toll I work very hard and always want to provide the best service I can but being human also this occasionally fails, my standards of care are always maintained but after working with someone I can walk away knowing I could have communicated a lot better, I don’t always get it right but I always try and learn from it and try it differently the next time. I look for feedback from my clients and professionals that I deal with and I always ask that they are honest and open with me and my working practices so I can improve where need be and of course commend me when I get it

Every Individual is different by nature and has varied strengths and weaknesses. Success lies in tapping each individual’s strengths and overcoming their weaknesses. As a Team, we all have to make sure to utilize each others strong personality traits and help each other to overcome and strengthen the weak points. It is easier to arrive at a solution, once you know the problem.
It is important to communicate with your peers, and have meaningful conversations. If you are always alone you could self isolate and fall into a depression. Intellectual health: Intellectual health is the ability to think clearly. It allows you to use your brain for life’s lessons. We live through trial and error and we need to make responsible decisions.
You have to dig deep within yourself, and understand that it might be few setbacks. The key thing is that you keep striving to the best of your ability, just can’t stop because something out of the ordinary popped up. You have to do what you have to do, to accomplish what ever there is to be accomplished. I’ve experience others older than me struggle through college, once something came up that they didn’t like or couldn’t complete the first time they just gave up. In my future I know that I’m going to go through something’s of that sort, but the difference with me is, I’m going to keep going, and going till I accomplish it.
I always outline the purpose of the session and how it applies to the attendees, but I frequently experience resistance in the form of poor participation. One of the more effective ways I have found to overcome that resistance is to use what Knowles refers to as “role models”. I use the success of other team members as examples to be followed, and ask those individuals to speak whenever possible. This usually prompts lively discussion, and engages the attendees into the training session. In the future, I will also incorporate Knowles’ (1989) strategy of acknowledging that “… I knew some students were there under compulsion and that I wished this weren’t so…” (p.2).
So while herbal effects might be a perfect answer, we may additionally find ourselves grounding our toddler for a week as an alternative and messing up a whole bunch of our family plans within the process. (Sole, 2011) “To become a more effective communicator, scholars would most likely agree that five specific aspects of interpersonal communication are crucial areas of focus. Interpersonal communication is a lifelong study that requires ongoing practice for everyone”. And I know from now own I will be listening and communicating very carefully with my soul mate. So that we can avoid future disagreements with each other, and to make sure that we get our situations taken care of the first time around.
The fourth one is Idealistic which means “trying to explore or create something new or different”. My particular context that motivates me is experiential context because I always pull things together with stuff I already have learned or experienced in my life. Everything I do is pretty much based off of what I went through in my past and present, when is comes to school, work, and how to raise my children. I’m always thinking about a situation in my life before I make any decisions because I do not like to make the same mistakes I have made or anyone I have known make. I try my hardest not to make the same mistake twice.
