North Korea; the Perfect Dystopia

When you hear the name “The Democratic People’s Republic” You usually think of freedom, fairness, and a country who’s main interest is its people. However; “The Democratic People’s Republic” is another (self proclaimed) named for the country North Korea, and this country could not be any more different than its name proclaims. North Korea is about as undemocratic as it gets, resembles nothing of a republic, and it is neither of the people nor for the people, in fact it seems as if this society is more against the people than anything else. North Korean citizens are taught to believe they are living in a perfect society, but in a reality their society is just a perfect example of a dystopia. This is dystopia for the following reasons; they worship their leader as if he were a god, propaganda controls the minds of their people and the government installs fear of the western (outside) world into the minds of the North Korean people. In North Korea their form of government would go under Communist state one-man dictatorship. Kim Jong Ill was proclaimed “eternal president” of the country. After his death his inexperienced son has taken power. Father and son have achieved a God-like status in North Korea. For example, many North Koreans believe Kim Jong-Un has the magical power to control the weather based on his mood. The "Dear" Leader is infallible and holds all power. The people of North Korea are told to believe that every success, achievement, knowledge, and happiness comes directly from his "leadership" and "inspiration". Also that he provides for everything his people need, and that they don’t even need to think for themselves because he does it for them. This is an example of a dystopia because the government is telling it's people to treat and worship their leader as a if he is a god so that no citizen will object any decision made by their leader because he is
