I went there for spring break in the year 2011. Being at the beach can be one of the greatest experiences of one’s life. The sounds of the beach can make you forget everyday life. Sights of Panama City can be very uplifting and wonderful. Other noticeable things are what you feel, smell and believe it or not taste.
Every one from my camp has the same stripe. We are united, we are one family, and that helped us know who was from our camp and intimidated others. When those gifts were given to us we were very amazed and shocked at the same time. When we tried them on couch said: “We are running one mile on the sand!”- so it was a team bonding experience. The person who gave those cool gifts to us is a very famous person on that beach.
This has gone on for the last thirteen years and we have had anywhere from fifty to three hundred people at our house. My house is perfect for these parties because we own a good amount of land and can support different activities like carnival games, parades, volleyball games and cookouts every year. It is important to understand that people don’t have to have a lot of land or a big house to throw a successful party. Anyone can have an exciting 4th of July simply by understanding its history, what can be done to correctly celebrate it, and how to execute the steps correctly. The most important part of the Fourth of July is understanding why it is a holiday if the first place.
We didn't stay on the beach long, we all wanted to get a good nights sleep. My step-sisters Katy and Bethany have never been to Cedar Point before and the last time i was there was 8yrs ago. None of us could fall asleep, we were all to excited to go enjoy the huge amusment park. When our parents woke us up the next morning we all rushed around, even tho we had plenty of time before we got into the park an hour early. After we were all ready we ate breakfast at a very crowded resturant.
A particular visit last week proved to me that Red Lobster lives up to the expectations of its guests. Red Lobster creed is “Because at Red Lobster, we Sea Food Differently”, is true for me. The casual attire allowed me to feel relaxed like I was at home. It was loud at times but gave me the
Why Halifax Inspires Me Have you ever been to a place that makes you feel like you have traveled back in time? That’s how I felt when I visited Halifax. It was the first time I had ever seen the ocean. The nature and aura of the city, made me feel so peaceful; the same type of feeling I had as child when me and my family would go camping. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming.

The island also never really had any native people. The Antiguans are just descendants from the slaves brought in by the Europeans. Because Antigua wasn’t native to anyone, the ones that called themselves “Antiguans” spoke broken English; there was no native language. Antigua has not changed from how it was then to how it is now, “[It has] no industrial revolution, no revolution of any kind, no Age of Anything, no world wars, no decades of turbulence balanced by decades of calm; nothing then, natural or unnatural, to leave a mark on their character” (150). There is no real history behind Antigua and this makes it sort of an outcast when compared to other countries with historical backgrounds and origins.
As a child I visited Florida every holiday and a year later my mother decided to move to Florida. My first time visiting Florida was so memorable we would visit family members and eat at different restaurants. A favorite place for me when I visited Florida was the getting my hair braided at the shop and going to the race track. I remember when we visited the race track Mr. Gerald Alston a famous singer treated me and my cousin our favorite place we enjoyed riding the race cars, playing games at the arcades. It was wonderful all the children were steering at us while we attended the race track with Mr. Alston; their parents were amazed at the singer spending time at the race track with kids in public.
